Actus Credo

I have always loved this line. There is something comforting about it. Some might say it’s futility – a pointless life with no hope – yet what is more hopeful than the realization that ‘what is’ is good. Live, stop trying to force it! Being present and showing up are enough 90% of the time. It’s like the guy in the song,
“I know a father who had a son
He longed to tell him all the reasons for the things he’d done
He came a long way just to explain
He kissed his boy as he lay sleeping
Then he turned around and he headed home again”
